Frequently asked questions.

  • Sex Coaching is a collaborative process where you and I work together to evaluate where your life is currently, what internal or external lockages may be in the way, and where you would like to go in the future of your Sex and Dating experience, then create an Action Plan to bring it to life.

  • Therapy and Coaching do share some overlap, but there are notable differences as well. Therapy has the ability to focus on past trauma, and how that may be affecting your present. Coaching focuses on the present actions you can take to create a prosperous future.

Both are incredibly valuable resources to create a thriving Sex-Life.

  • I believe that because of the sex-negative culture in which we live, almost everybody can benefit from Sex Coaching.

    Almost.

A primary requirement that I make of prospective clients is that you be “coachable.” This means to keep an open mind to possibilities you may not have originally thought of, and be prepared to do the work necessary to make the changes you want in your life. Ask yourself if this is you. If you are ready to commit to yourself in a truly transformational way, this is a great start.

If you are suffering from severe trauma, please seek treatment from a Licensed Mental Healthcare Professional. After you have made progress, then we can resume conversations about coaching to take you from a place of pain or neutral to pleasure.

  • It is pretty simple.

At the time of the appointment, I will call you from a private video server. After a brief check-in, we may discuss any progress made on home exercises since the last session and then can begin talking about whatever may come up.

As a Coach, I may have a loose agenda of possible topics to discuss, but that is always superseded by what you bring to a session. The Coaching process is always guided by you, the client.

Depending on what comes up, I may instruct you through an interactive exercise together, give you exercises to practice on your own, send you recommended resources to check out, or something else entirely.

At the end of a session, we will briefly recap the events of the past hour, go over home assignments, and affirm takeaways from the session.

This is a fun, interactive process, that allows progression while also enabling free flow.

  • No.

Likewise, I do not watch my clients have sex and “coach” them along the way. While coaching may involve interactive activities on your own or with me through our calls, we will not engage in that level of interactivity.

  • Regardless of your relationship status, I am happy to meet you where you are, and help you to realize the Sex and Relational life of your dreams.

If you are single, my goal is for the coaching process to be transformational for you on your own and for any future partnerships.

If you are in a relationship, your partner is not required to join us, though if they are willing to do the work as well, it will only amplify the benefits of Coaching.

If your partner will be joining us for the Coaching process, I require that we do a Session #1 together, then one session each separately to do a full Intake/Sexual History, and then meet together again for Session #4.

  • I do not accept insurance. Even though I have worked hard and gone through a rigorous certification process to provide you with the best experience possible, Sex Coaching is a relatively unregulated field, and even Sex Therapy is not covered by most insurance companies.

Payments can be sent online via an invoice, after an agreement has been made between you and me on a what coaching path you would like to undergo.

More details about my pricing can be found on my Services page.
