How my journey began

All throughout my youth, High School, and early College, I was OBSESSED with the idea of romance. I grew up watching countless Fairy-Tales, Dramas, Action Movies, and yes, even Rom-Coms, where “the Guy gets the Girl in the end,” and everyone lives Happily Ever After.

I wanted to BE those guys!

I wanted to be the perfect partner for someone. Someone could have a Happily Ever After with. And to that end spent all of my spare time devouring articles from popular men’s magazines, videos, and courses on how to be a better Boyfriend, Husband, and Lover.

This led to some positives. It was during this time that I first discovered that “Clinical Sexologist” was an actual job title someone could have, I discovered pioneering work by some brilliant Sex Educators, and grew a lot as a person.

Unfortunately, there is also a lot of bad information on the topics of love as well, and in my desperation for instant results, started listening to so-called “Pick-Up Artists” and other creators, who recommended some very shady behavior in order to get ahead in the dating game. I spent countless hours and hundreds -if not thousands- of dollars on such material that promised to make me irresistible to women.

There was some success, but overall I struggled to employ those tricks. The use of emotional manipulation, deception tactics, and coercion that these materials recommend left me feeling gross when talking to women.

And any relationships that did start as a result of these manipulation tactics and bad psychology would inevitably end in disaster.

After taking stock of the wreck my love life had become, I devoted myself to learning only from the best research and most grounded practices available and taking a Whole-Person-Centered, Inclusive, and Ethical approach to Sex, Love, and Relationships.

I am setting forth on a new path in the realm of Sex and Dating.

Not one that is based on just trying to “get the girl (or guy)”, but is instead about finding the relationship style, partner, and resources that are best… for YOU.
